FAQs

  • IT'S MY FIRST TIME, WHAT'S THE GO?

Exciting! We look forward to meeting you soon!

We have an introductory offer for new clients: 5 Classes in 14 days for $69. The 14 day expiry applies from the date of the FIRST class, not from the date of purchasing. This is valid for new clients only.

We suggest starting with our Foundations class. Our classes are 45 minutes long and accommodate up to 6 participants. If you have prior experience with Reformer Pilates from another studio or consider yourself quite active and fit (without significant injuries), you may prefer to join our standard Reformer classes right away.

For your first session, please arrive 5 minutes early so your instructor can greet you, address any questions, and familiarize you with the equipment. Wear comfortable clothing suitable for movement and bring a water bottle. We offer clean sweat towels upon request. While not mandatory, we recommend wearing grip socks as they can be quite beneficial. If you'd like to try them out before purchasing, we have a few pairs available in the studio. Grip socks can also be purchased in-studio for $25.

  • HOW DO I BOOK INTO A GROUP CLASS?

To join our group classes, simply choose a class time from our website schedule and proceed with booking through MINDBODY. You'll be guided to create or log into your account. After that, purchase a pass to secure your spot in the class. Through your MINDBODY account, you can book, join a waitlist, or cancel and manage your classes effortlessly. For convenient management, we suggest downloading the MINDBODY app, creating an account, and searching for Pasture Pilates. The app simplifies reservation management for your convenience.

  • WHAT IS THE LATE CANCELLATION/NO SHOW POLICY?

If you need to cancel your attendance in a booked class, please use our booking system to do so at least 8 hours before the class begins. We appreciate your early notice, and no class will be deducted from your membership or concession pass under these circumstances.

Cancellations made within 8 hours of the class start time will be considered late cancellations. Failing to cancel your booking and not attending will be noted as a no-show (please avoid this whenever possible).

By booking online, you agree to adhere to our cancellation policy. Late cancellations and no-shows will result in the forfeiture of the class. This policy ensures that bookings are made with consideration for others.

Please note that cancellations via text or email are not recommended, as we may not receive them in time, resulting in a potential late cancellation. The most effective method for cancellations is through the app. If you haven’t received a reply to your text or email regarding cancellation, please assume we have not received it, and you are still booked into the class (our cancellation policy will still apply).

  • HOW DO WAITLISTS WORK?

If the class you would like to attend is full, we encourage you to join the waitlist. If/when a space in that class becomes available you will receive an email to say you got in, yay! If you add yourself to a waitlist, please ensure you are prepared to join that class.

    PLEASE NOTE:

Our 8hr cancellation policy still applies if you join a class from the waitlist. Therefore if you’ve made other plans it’s best to remove yourself from the waitlist to prevent getting pulled in, giving the next in line an opportunity to come to class!

We are reasonable so if it is less than 90 mins before the class starts we will check with you first if you are still able to attend, but between 90 mins and 8 hours could still be considered a late cancellation if you are on the waitlist then decide not to attend.

We really encourage you to use the waitlists, however you do need to consider your availability when using them and update them if your availability changes

  • HOW DOES MY MEMBERSHIP WORK?

  • I HAVE AN INJURY, ARE YOUR CLASSES SUITABLE FOR ME?

If you have a mild injury and have received medical clearance, you're welcome to join our group classes. Please inform your instructor at the beginning of your class so they can discuss any necessary adjustments with you.

For moderate to severe active injuries, we recommend contacting us to discuss the most appropriate class type for your situation. Starting with a private class—a personalised 1:1 session with one of our qualified instructors—is highly recommended. This allows our instructor to assess your injury, tailor a Reformer class specifically for you, and determine whether private or group classes will offer the best support for your rehabilitation journey.
